  Parking lot is atrocious, with large gapping holes and an owner who simply has no interest in the damage the lack of maintenance caused to vehicles, or persons. Too bad, so sad attitude. Very dirty and dusty. Milk is often sour, even though the best to date is days in the future. Often out of stock of staples, does not seem to grasp how to ensure bread, drinking water etc. is consistently available for purchase. People drive up on off road vehicles, smelling of liquor and obviously under the influence and are able to purchase liquor. Kids running from the kitchen through the store and back into the cooking area. Eating whatever they grab from the shelves while serving and preparing food. I witnessed a person order the english muffin with bacon and egg, there were kids in the kitchen and running between the sales counter to the kitchen, one child reached up and scooped the bacon off of the muffin. The person who was purchasing was not from the area and he stated - hold it where's the bacon. The girl behind the counter stated that she cooked it, it was gone and she wasn't cooking anymore. The purchaser stated the kid took the bacon off of his breakfast and he wanted a refund , which they would not give. He left and they ripped him apart all the while the four year old was chewing away on the bacon. No stated or posted pricing on items - except liquor, bread, pop or chips - if purchased on the two for deal and only if buying the same item - such as two rippled plain chips of the same size, flavour - Old Dutch. We tried to purchase Chicken and sour cream and had to pay full price for both, because it was two of the exact same. God can't you read...heavy sigh. So we left without any. Because the sign did not say two of the exact same flavor. Everything else is a crap shoot, between this amount and that until it is scanned. A box of Catelli Macaroni was 4.00 and only evident when scanned and viewed on receipt. For some reason the scanning is not viewable to the consumer. You have to ask what the price is on everything. For example, how much is the Cool Whip - between 3 and 5. Gossip central, with the owner participating and offering perceived financial information from customers - can't even afford macaroni - a Who do they think they are attitude and especially spiteful to those not born and bred there, not realizing their customer base is each and every paying customer. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  Excellent park, well maintained and friendly staff. Sad that there have been cutbacks at the Nova Scotia parks, they need to be supported. Thanks for the great weekend!
